1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted for consultancy services provided by Global Consultancy. By engaging with our services, both Recruiters and Job seekers agree to the conditions set forth in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

Service Not Provided: If Global Consultancy fails to deliver the agreed-upon consultancy services within the specified time frame, a refund may be considered.

Error in Billing: In the event of an error in billing or overpayment, Global Consultancy will review the issue and provide a refund if appropriate.

Refunds of Membership plans can be given back under the following conditions:- Please clarify all your doubts with our representative, before making payment for any of the membership Plans. If you have not received any of the inquiries within 6 months amount of Refund will be 50% of the amount paid after deduction of Taxes (if any) or 50% of taxable value. Refund payment will be transferred directly to the bank account. Customer will be eligible for a refund after completed service time period. In Case, if you have any doubt or queries regarding any of the plans, You can contact your Respective Executive. You can drop an email on care@globalconsultancy.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:

Successful Match: If a successful match is made between a Recruiter and a Job seekers and both parties proceed with the hiring process, no refund will be provided.
Service Cancellation by Client: If a Recruiter or Job seekers cancels their engagement with Global Consultancy after services have commenced, no refund will be issued.
Failure to Attend Scheduled Interviews: If a Job seekers fails to attend scheduled interviews or a Recruiter fails to honor the agreed-upon interview schedule, refunds will not be provided.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the following process must be followed:

Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Global Consultancy at care@globalconsultancy.com within 7 days of the service or billing error.
Information Required: The request must include relevant details such as the reason for the refund, service description, and any supporting documentation.
Review Period: Global Consultancy will review the refund request and respond within 6-7 business days. If the request is deemed valid, a refund will be processed.

5. Refund Processing

Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method will be arranged.
Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date the request is approved.

6. Service Fees

Please note that any transaction fees or service charges incurred during the payment process are non-refundable.

7. Changes to Refund Policy

Global Consultancy reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Recruiters and Job seekers, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
