These Terms and Conditions govern the consultancy services provided by Globals Consultancy (“Company”) for connecting Recruiters (“Recruiter”) with Job Seekers (“Candidate”) and facilitating the hiring process. By engaging with our services, both Recruiters and Job Seekers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Recruiters: Facilitate connections with qualified Job Seekers for hiring purposes and assist in scheduling interviews.
Job Seekers: Connect with Recruiters for potential employment opportunities and aid in arranging interviews.
Recruiters: Recruiters must provide accurate and comprehensive information about their hiring needs and organizational requirements.
Job Seekers: Job Seekers must submit detailed profiles, including their qualifications, specialties, and career preferences.
Matching Process: Globals Consultancy will use provided information to match Recruiters with suitable Job Seekers based on their requirements and preferences.
Communication: Globals Consultancy facilitates initial communications between Recruiters and Job Seekers but is not responsible for any direct negotiations or agreements.
Recruiter Responsibilities: Recruiters agree to provide Globals Consultancy with available time slots for interviews and promptly respond to scheduling requests.
Candidate Responsibilities: Job Seekers must be available for interviews within the agreed-upon time slots and communicate any changes in availability promptly.
Confidential Information: All information exchanged between Recruiters and Job Seekers through Globals Consultancy is considered confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose any details to third parties without prior consent.
Data Protection: Globals Consultancy is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data and will handle all information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Consultancy Fees: Fees for consultancy services will be as outlined in the service agreement or proposal. Both parties agree to the payment terms specified therein.
Refunds and Cancellations: Any refunds or cancellations of services will be handled according to the terms specified in the service agreement.
Recruiter Responsibilities: Recruiters are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and verifying the qualifications and suitability of Job Seekers.
Candidate Responsibilities: Job Seekers are responsible for providing accurate information about their qualifications and ensuring their readiness for interviews.
Limitation of Liability: Globals Consultancy is not liable for any disputes, issues, or damages arising from the hiring process, including but not limited to employment contracts and job performance.
Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate their engagement with Globals Consultancy with written notice. In such cases, any outstanding obligations and fees will be settled as per the service agreement.
Termination by Globals Consultancy: Globals Consultancy reserves the right to terminate services if either party fails to adhere to these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct that undermines the consultancy process.
Resolution Process: Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled according to the legal procedures in the jurisdiction where Globals Consultancy operates.
Changes to Terms: Globals Consultancy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to both Recruiters and Job Seekers, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of GDPR, CCPA, or other local laws. Jurisdiction, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
